Michael Korobov is a Chicago-area finance executive and private investor with experience across strategic finance, consumer technology, private equity, investment banking, and company building.

His work has focused on financial planning, business strategy, capital allocation, organizational development, and transaction-related matters. His professional interests include subscription businesses, industrials & defense, technology-enabled services, M&A, and long-term investing.
